Those leads, especially! I went through probably every lead preset in the SEM, Mini V3 and others and couldn't stand any of them. Well lately I've been working on a project for a client and have been disliking the fact that all of my sounds are very "80s".Gee.I wonder why? This close to buying Serum (which I still want anyway), I decided to try out some Mai Tai presets for a more modern, digital kind of sound and what do you know-there's some really great stuff in there. I went through the presets once in Studio One 3, scoffed, and went on using my Minimoog, Prophet and Jupiter. After buying the Arturia V collection I turned up my nose at any and all stock synthesizers in Studio One. ![]()
